Lauren Sloan is an Animator and Interdisciplinary Artist based in Copenhagen.

I am an animator and motion graphics designer with a passion for combining storytelling and design to create visuals that inform, inspire, and connect audiences. My work spans educational media, brand storytelling, and creative content for social platforms, where I bring ideas to life through clear, engaging, and visually polished animation.

I have produced animated educational content with MessKit, developing playful visual narratives that transform abstract concepts—such as mathematics—into stories that resonate with younger learners. For Ensora Health, I designed motion graphics that clarified their brand during a major re-launch, balancing creativity with accessibility to communicate complex health-tech solutions. With Tenmile Distillery, I created animations that complemented their whisky launch, drawing on both visual design and an understanding of storytelling rooted in craft, heritage, and place.

My approach is always collaborative and research-driven: I work closely with clients to understand their goals, distill key messages, and then craft motion design that feels both strategic and creative. I am fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite—especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop—and am expanding my practice into 3D animation, with a growing knowledge of Blender and Unreal Engine to create immersive, dynamic visuals.
